Staff was friendly. Location..very close to Bugis,Clark Quey,Restaurants,etc
Hotel need bit renovation/refreshment..., for example drain plug in bathhub was missing..its just hole. TV programs with poor signal and just few basic channels.

Great location and overall not bad for the price paid.
Location was great, within walking distance to many malls. Room is basic but clean enough. The extra bed looked quite terrible because of the low height but it was not uncomfortable.
The reception was not rude but neither were they pleasant, would have been nice if they smiled a little. Doorman was not alert on arrival but helped a lot on check out. Power went off on one of the nights for 10 minutes and had to call reception to fix the problem.
